Qas Mechanical Services is a Red Seal licensed plumbing company working across both sides of the trade: homes, condos and custom builds on one hand, and colleges, high-rises and long-term care buildings on the other. Our plumbers came up through large commercial sites, first on the tools and then running crews.
Both ask for the same things. Plan the work properly, agree the price in writing before it starts, and test it before you leave. That holds whether it is a blocked drain in a semi or a riser in a tower, and it is how we work across Wellington, Dufferin, Halton, Peel and Waterloo.

How we work
We turn up when we said
You get a two-hour window, agreed on the phone. Traffic here makes an exact time a promise that gets broken, and we would rather give you one we keep. If anything changes, you hear it from us first.
No overtime charge
Evenings and weekends are normal working hours here, not a premium. Genuinely urgent work outside them is charged at a higher rate, and we tell you what it comes to before we set off.
Paid when it is done
On completion, once you are happy with the work.
