Qas Mechanical Services is a Red Seal licensed plumbing company working across both sides of the trade: homes, condos and custom builds on one hand, and colleges, high-rises and long-term care buildings on the other. Our plumbers came up through large commercial sites, first on the tools and then running crews.

Both ask for the same things. Plan the work properly, agree the price in writing before it starts, and test it before you leave. That holds whether it is a blocked drain in a semi or a riser in a tower, and it is how we work across the Greater Toronto Area.

Red Seal is the interprovincial standard for the trade. The G3 gas licence covers gas fitting and appliance connections alongside plumbing.

How we work

You know the price first

Common jobs are priced on the website. Anything else gets a firm written price on site before the work starts.

We turn up when we said

We agree a time on the phone rather than giving you a window and hoping. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

No overtime charge

Evenings and weekends are the normal working hours here, not a premium. We are not a 24-hour emergency service and we do not pretend to be.

Paid when it is done

Cash or Interac e-transfer on completion, and an invoice by email showing the work and the HST.
