Prices exclude HST. "From" means the job as described — if we find something more involved once we are there, we tell you the new price and you decide.

If it needs finding first
Slow drains, leaks you cannot see, pressure that has dropped — the work is finding out what is wrong. That is what the visit fee covers.
- We fix it on the spot: the fee is waived.
- We come back with parts: the fee comes off your final invoice in full.
- You decide not to go ahead: the fee covers the diagnosis, and that is all you pay.
