Short version: this website does not collect anything about you. If you email or call us, we keep what you tell us so we can do the work.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no accounts, no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not set any cookies. The one thing stored in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Fonts and images are served from this website rather than from Google or a content network, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

What happens when you contact us

If you email service@qasmechanical.ca or call (306) 203-0402, we keep your name, your contact details, the address of the property and what you have told us about the problem. We use it to quote the work, carry it out, and invoice you.

We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. We share it only where we have to in order to do the job — for example with a supplier ordering a part — or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Records of work we have done are kept for seven years, which is what Canadian tax rules require of business records. Enquiries that never became a job are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere.

Payment

We take cash and Interac e-transfer. We do not take card payments, and we never hold your card details.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email service@qasmechanical.ca and we will respond.
